30-year guarantee on all heating mats and heating cables for tiles We are convinced of the quality of our products – That is why warm-on offers its customers a 30-year garantie* on all heating mats and heating cables from 24.04.2017. This service does not have to be paid additionally, but is covered by default with the purchase price.
Products that come with a 30-year guarantee are visibly marked as such in our store.
Conditions for making a guarantee claim:
The floor covering with the heating system installed under it is in normal use – it has not been lifted, repaired or replaced after installation of the heating system.
The product may only be installed by a licensed electrician.
The product must be registered with us within 30 days of purchase with a fully completed inspection report.

* Improper handling or installation by unauthorized personnel will result in immediate exclusion of the guarantee.
Legal guarantee
The legal guarantee period of 24 months from receipt of the goods applies to all articles. warm-on is liable for material defects according to the applicable legal regulations.
An additional guarantee exists for the goods delivered by warm-on only if this was expressly given in the order confirmation for the respective article.
The manufacturer guarantees the conformity of the heating mats with the design description under the assumption that the installation and operating instructions are observed. If a defect occurs within the guarantee period that can be traced back to faulty manufacture, the customer has the right to subsequent performance.
Damage due to improper handling, damage caused by someone else, incorrect installation (not following the instructions) or consequential damage is excluded from the guarantee. Please keep your proof of purchase.
Guarantee services will only be provided upon presentation of the proof of purchase.
